📦 Return & Exchange Policy (7 Days)

✅ 1. Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original tags, certificates, packaging, and invoice must be included.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or resizing will not be accepted.

🔄 2. Exchange Policy

Customers can exchange their purchase for another product of equal or higher value.

If the new product is higher in price, the customer must pay the difference.

If the new product is lower in price, the balance will be issued as store credit (no cash refunds).

Customized or personalized jewellery/products

Items purchased during special sales or clearance

Used, damaged, or resized items

Products without original packaging and invoice

💰 4. Refund Process

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item passes inspection by our team.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after confirmation.

📦 5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items.

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item delivered, we will bear the return cost.
